I am a user of Microsoft 365 Premium on the Beta Channel.
I was able to use it until a few days ago, but the Agent Mode that was visible until recently (as shown in the snapshot) is no longer visible. Why is this happening?

(actually I have more subscriptions but active is consumer)

Formarly I had joined Insider but now there is missing any connection to insider

Office 365 for ARM64

I am currently experiencing serious problems with Office 365 on an HP Elitebook ultra G1q notebook, Snapdragon® X Elite X1E-78-100 processor, Windows 11 Pro operating system. Outlook does not refresh, it takes a long time to send or receive emails, Microsoft Teams slows down and the screen freezes at times. I have AI completely disabled, but I am told that I need to get a version of Office 365 for ARM64. The thing is, it is supposed to install automatically when it detects that it is a Snapdragon processor, but when we check the installed version, it does not mention anywhere that it is for ARM64. This is happening with almost all notebooks of the same model in the company. We have other HP notebooks with Intel processors and this does not happen; everything is perfect there.
Does anyone know how I can force the installation of Office 365 for ARM64? Thank you.

Actualmente tengo serios problemas con el Office 365 desde una Notebook HP Elitebook ultra G1q, Procesador Snapdragon® X Elite X1E-78-100, Sistema operativo Windows 11 Pro. El Outlook no refresca, se demora un buen rato en enviar correos o recibirlos, Microsoft Teams se pone lento y se congela la pantalla por momentos. Tengo la IA totalmente deshabilitada pero me dicen que debo conseguir una versión de Office 365 para ARM64, el tema es que se supone debe instalarse en automático cuando detecte que se trata de un procesador Snapdragon, pero cuando comprobamos la versión instalada no menciona para nada, por ningun lado que es para ARM64. y esto esta sucediendo con casi todas las notebooks del mismo modelo en la compañia. Tenemos otras notebooks HP con Intel y esto no ocurre, alli todo perfecto.
Alguein sabe como puedo forzar la instalación de Office 365 para ARM64? gracias

Beta 2505 - OFFICE_MODULE_VERSION_MISMATCH

After Microsoft 365 updated to Beta Version 2505 earlier this week (April 8), Reliability Center shows an OFFICE_MODULE_VERSION_MISMATCH error when the program is closed for all installed apps (Word, Excel, and Outlook Classic). Furthermore, when Outlook runs Reliability Center shows an error identifying that the Search Protocol Host crashed. The faulting module is identified as ntdll.dll.

I know the error is linked to this Beta Version, as I restored a system backup from April 7 that had Beta Version 2504 installed. There were no errors. As soon as Microsoft 365 updated to Version 2505, the errors returned.

I'm hanging back on 2504 for now with updates disabled. Hopefully the issue will be resolved with the next Beta release.

(Beta) Color issues with Dark Mode in Excel

I just downloaded the insider update that allows for a full dark mode in excel. A couple of things I've noticed:

Black and white are inverted. If you select black for a font color, cell fill, or border color, you'll end up with white, and vice versa. If someone is in dark mode, they're going to get awfully confused when they try to change various colors of the cells they're working in and aren't getting the color they want to pick, especially for those who need to use specific colors in their spreadsheets for whatever reason.

This isn't so bad with black and white; annoying as it is, you can still at least remember to choose black when you need white or white when you need black. But when you choose other colors, you often end up with a color that is vaguely in the family of the color you selected, but not really. Trying to select the standard yellow used for highlighting, and you end up with an almost pale gold-like color. An example of what happens with a few colors is shown in the picture, but every color is affected to some degree. This makes the dark mode feature almost entirely useless for those who rely on colored conditional formatting in some or all of their spreadsheets, as the colors selected in dark mode end up being completely different from the color you actually wanted to select, and it's nearly impossible to try to figure out which color you have to select to get something that even resembles the color you actually want.

The colors of individual elements of a spreadsheet (Font color, highlighting, borders, etc.) should not be altered this severely based on whether or not dark mode is turned on.

PPT Presenter View preview slide not keeping up

Hi all,

I'm trying to use Powerpoint to project supertitles (captions) live for an opera on a Macbook. Been a while since I've used the software and the current version of presenter mode is giving us some issues. We've got the current slide in the top left, the next slide in the top right and that's all great. Then we have the preview of the current slide at the bottom and every time we go to the next slide it's doing this sliding motion to the next slide even thought the slide show itself has no transitions. The slides at the top work the same as the slide show so we can work with it but it's a kind of really distracting having the slides at the bottom get way behind and glitch out because we're flying through some of these slides.

Does anyone know a way to hide the bottom preview or disable the timing on it so it just snaps to the next slide like the actual slide show does? All timings of everything are disabled and set to manual or zero. I just can't find any option regarding that section of the Presenter View. TIA.

Beta 2502. Issues with files from the internet, mail, etc.

When I try to open a Docx or Docm file that originated from the internet, I get the attached message and the file does not open. So far, I have only encountered this behavior with Docm files, which then open with a red warning bar but can still be edited with macros disabled. I have not seen this before with Docx files. The message is also misleading because it does not indicate the ZoneIdentifier, but rather implies that there are no file permissions. This is misleading and completely unnecessary for Docx files since there is no security issue involved. For DOCM files, neither a certificate nor listing as a trusted publisher helps.

Office Beta Channel Version 2502 Build 18516.20000

My beta channel Office suite updated to Version 2502 Build 18516.20000 this morning, and now Outlook crashes any time I select an email or open a calendar object. Not even opening the email, just selecting it crashes. Even when opening up in Safe Mode.

I've also performed Quick Repair and Full Online Repair with no change in behaviour.

In Word, just opening a document crashes out as well.

Data Types and StockHistory Missing in Beta

I recently upgraded to latest beta release update (Version 2502 - Build 18502.20000) and noticed that Data Types have now disappeared from the Data Ribbon in Excel. STOCKHISTORY formula still shows up as a usable formula, but when I enter the fields, I now get a #CONNECTION error. Has Stocks as a data type now been removed from the newest versions of Beta or is this a bug? Anyone else experience the problem?

Hello,

I am new to insider program. I have just set up a beta channel in my excel on a computer and I can happily try out some functions which are only available in beta channel.

Now my questions are:

- where can I have infos which functions are currently available in beta only?

- how come there are functions I've seen from youtubers I can now also try, but others are unavailable. Like I see the REGEX functions, but not the TRANSLATE. Some other features, like the very newly published :. annotation is also missing for me.
