(Beta) Color issues with Dark Mode in Excel

That works same way as in Word or Outlook where black mode works for a long while. If the grid is in dark mode, but you print the document, or save as PDF, or copy something to another document with white mode, background will be white and colors are not inverted. Don't think inversion of colors forth and back with each such operation will be implemented. Thus we have what we have, purely cosmetic feature.
