Why doesn't the copilot key work with work accounts?
No, seriously, why doesn't it work as it is supposed to? I know this might not be the best topic to post this, but I haven't found anything better, so please help me out if you can, because it is so...

I was also being driven insane by this. In Windows try Settings > Personalisation > Customise copilot key on keyboard. This worked for me, but potentially only because I have the Microsoft 365 Copilot subscription to select which is linked to my work account.

Hi pixel, The Copilot key opens the Windows Copilot app, which doesn’t yet support work/school accounts. To use Microsoft 365 Copilot, ensure your account has a valid Copilot license and access Copilot features directly in Word, Excel, Teams, or Outlook. Also, go to Settings > Personalization > Text Input > Customize Copilot key to reassign the key to Microsoft 365 Copilot, if available. Ask your IT admin to verify license and policy settings.
