What can Copilot do that ChatGPT can't? Can it help with tables in Word?

Question

I have to work with tables in Microsoft Word. It's a real pain, but I don't think Copilot can actually help with formatting?

To this matter, what can copilot actually do that can't be done by copy and pasting to and from chatgpt?

For example, can I tell it to look at a table in a section of a Word document, ask it to check the data against something else, and then correct that table, formatting it nicely along the way?

Assuming you have the free version, ChatGPT using the 3.5 version of the LLM and with Copilot, you get 4.0. You also do not get any commercial data protection with chatGPT or RAG.
