Very strange behaviour from Copilot

Since yesterday I am getting very strange answers from Copilot. My prompt is straight forward "Please summarize my mails for the last 48 hours", all emails that is recovered by Copilot are of one or more than 1 week back, I keep on repeating the prompt and Copilot also keeps on repeating the same answer.

We purchased licenses for our Employees and want to convince them to start using it but with this type of wrong answers to straight forwards prompts we are afraid.

And Microsoft stopped supporting us also (adding one more layer to darkness :)), since we have to come through the reseller and most of them sell and run.

Any Hope?

  • Hi everyone,
    I think there was a problem with Microsoft Outlook 365 that is why Copilot could not retrieve the proper mails in the answer (what was the problem, I really do not know).
    Today I started getting the right answers from Copilot once again, so let us keep our finger crossed for future behaviour and wait for a reply from Microsoft or someone's who went through same issue.
