Scout Not Working After Upgrade from 0.23.331 to 0.23.578

I have been using Scout actively and after upgrading to 0.23.578 the device registration with GitHub has stopped working. I get to the point where it asks me for the device ID, GitHub accepts it then shows "sign-in could not be completed".

I'm wondering if anybody else has experienced this. I'm inclined to think it is a new bug since the added the Enterprise host in this version.
