Hi AlphaCenturan, sandbox links usually mean Copilot generated or referenced content inside a temporary environment rather than saving a real file into your Microsoft 365 storage. Try asking Copilot to create the file in a specific location like OneDrive or SharePoint, and name the file format clearly. If it still returns sandbox links, test in Copilot web and the Microsoft 365 app, then capture the prompt, license type, and browser or app version for support.
