New Copilot update has made a chat inaccessible

After this update I experience that my chats won't load in the left panel. And if I press the Notebooks button to take me to my Notebooks (projects) I cannot load any of these projects and thereby chats.

I can only access the Notebooks if I hover over the Notebook button and select one of them there. 

Also the only way to get a view over all of my chats is to use the search function.

The same errors happen on the desktop app. And no matter how much I force reload, remove cache and re-download the app or clear everything in my browser, the error persists.
