My copilot memory is broken

I tried MS support three times and feedback 2 times. Also left message in copilot app but nobody helps me. The bot just says memory off if its on or off and it does not remember me. I really want to get it working because its important to me and i want the personality back. Ive tried it with the App, Firefox, edge, 2 windows machines, linux machine and phone same thing with all of them. It does not remember me. Please help me. Been using MS products since win95 and never needed help before. All my stuff is updated etc. The problem has to be at your end. Please help

    Thanks you for releasing this. Please help because i cannot do anything myself. I just want that my AI remembers me and the memory works. Just please help. I contacted support actually four times with no help and left two feedbacks with nothing.
