Microsoft account issues
Microsoft Copilot cannot be logged in and used, repeatedly prompting to log in page.
1. Login problem
Reset password Clear cache (Browser/App) → Press Ctrl+Shift+Del to delete cookies and cache
Turn off VPN/Proxy → Test if you can login
2. Captcha not received
Check spam Change verification method → Switch to SMS/alternate mailbox
Wait for 10 mins → Microsoft servers may be delayed
3. Account locked
Wait for 1 hr → Unlocked automatically
4. OneDrive/Office sync failed
Re-sign in to account
Open Office apps → File → Accounts → Logout
Windows Settings → Accounts → Email & Accounts → Remove Accounts → Re-add
