M365 disconnects my Dropbox account every single day
I've done this at least 30 times over the last 5 months. Always loses the connection within 24 hours.
I hope you read the whole thread before leaving that reply. It’s the M365 that’s the issue. Once you remove that and just work with Classic Word, it sticks. I’ve not had to touch it once since then. Copilot is the issue. Even though you bought the Classic version, iPads don’t know that. Delete the M365 Copilot app from your iPad and you’re fine.

No. For me it was the separate MS365 app that’s causing was causing the issues, not individual office apps. I thought this thread related to that app. Best of luck finding a solution. Mine was fixed by removing the global MS365 app but if you don’t even have that, it’s something different

i’m on an iPhone, I don’t have copilot installed and never have. I’m using the standalone version of Word and Excel and I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled both repeatedly.
I do have Outlook and OneNote installed as well. I have not tried deleting both of them, it’s tedious to restore all of my preferences. I guess I can delete them as well if you think it will help.
