Location of custom skills - cannot find them in OneDrive
I'm using Copilot Cowork to create skills, and Cowork insists the skills are being saved in OneDrive>Documents>Cowork>skills but I cannot find them in there. I cannot find the raw MD files anywhere in OneDrive, and Cowork can only surface them when I ask to see them. Anyone else experienced this and have the answer? I need to be able to create Cowork Skills and store them in a central repository for the team to use. #cowork

So that's exactly what Cowork is telling me, but I don't think it is a OneDrive sync issue. The skills and any reference markdown files are just not being saved on my local machine. and the only way I can get access to them is asking Cowork to save copies to the session output folder.
It's not a huge problem right now as I'm testing things, but when I want to move this into production for the whole team, I don't know how I'm going to do that currently.
I ran into the same issue.
In many cases, the Skills folder is not created automatically, so you need to create it manually.
The SKILL.md file may also not appear when Cowork creates a skill.
I believe this is a OneDrive sync issue, likely because the feature is still in preview.
