Issues with copilot
Until today, I have linked my univeristy email with copilot which has given me access to copilot plus. I have been able to upload files and have multiple chats open. Now it has deleted my previous chats and gone down to 1MB file limits. Was it only a free trial or is it broken?

Hi, it sounds like your access was tied to a Copilot Pro or trial license via your university account. If that license expired or was revoked, features like multi-chat and larger file uploads revert to free-tier limits (e.g., 1MB). Check your Microsoft account’s subscription status or contact your university IT for confirmation.
Office and Windows both have to say the latest version, followed by a restart of Copilot or a reinstall of Office to fix it.
