Issues with copilot studio bot in Teams

I created a bot in Copilot Studio and integrated it into the Teams store for my Organization. Sometimes an error occurs when starting it and the following message appears "An error has occurred. Error code: HttpRequestFailure Conversation ID: xxxx...", but if I send the message a second time it works normally.

    Raised a ticket with MS support and they fixed it. Its working consistently now.

    Root Cause :  Outage on the Microsoft side with Gen. actions and Gen. answers.

    did you get any fix to this ? i am having the same exact behaviour in MS Copilot studio.
