Incorrect Microsoft 365 Entitlement showing in Copilot

When using Copilot at https://copilot.microsoft.com I am seeing a page that comes up and shows me as logged in with a Microsoft 365 Family entitlement, but then after about 1 second, it redirects to some other page, seemingly a login/authentication page, and then redirects back to the Copilot chat, but my entitlement now shows "Personal" instead of "Microsoft 365 Family".

All my chat history appears to still be there, but some preview features that I had been using such as Copilot Health are no longer available.

I contacted Microsoft Support who redirected me to this forum identifying that there is likely an issue with my subscription entitlement.  My account is the subscription owner.  The issue started a week or so ago and I also see "Personal" in the Copilot app on Android. indicating that it is not an issue with a particular client side experience.
