Currently, the option to activate Copilot Pro is not yet available for all personal accounts, even those with an active Microsoft 365 subscription. The rollout is being done gradually, so it may take some time to become available to some users.
This is not a problem with your computer or your settings. It has been confirmed that the service is still being enabled gradually, and we are working to make it available to all users.
In the meantime, you only need to:
Keep Windows updated.
Be signed in with your personal Microsoft account.
Wait for activation to complete automatically.
