Are you sure that your articles are accurate? Do you really write and validate them yourself? When I follow your instructions in Outlook, it seems you are missing the point regarding how menus are labeled and what options are available. First, there is no option in Outlook called "New Meeting," and secondly, the Copilot icon within the new event window does not allow you to schedule a meeting.
And many other instructions for Outlook are completely wrong and not named the way you are instructing users on your blog to do so.
