Got Copilot to use goal progress when drafting review feedback?
Yes it's technically possible with most platforms that have decent APIs, but the lift is bigger than it looks. The path is roughly: Power Automate or a Graph connector to pull goal/feedback data from your HR platform on a schedule, land it somewhere structured (SharePoint list, Dataverse, whatever), then build a Copilot Studio agent that queries that data when drafting reviews. Definitely doable but not trivial at all.
If you want a faster path that doesn't require building anything from scratch, there are a few HR platforms that already do this inside Teams natively.
We use Teamflect, which has goals, feedback, and reviews in one place. When you draft a review, the AI assist pulls from the goal progress and feedback already logged on that person, so you skip the connector/API layer entirely because the data lives where the drafting happens. First draft is decent, you still edit obviously, but it kills the blank-page problem.
