Excel in windows , refuses to recognize copilot licence (Word+PPT ok)
Logged in, in excel with the righ account. Have refresed license. Excel 2312 on windows 11.
Powerpoint it works, word also. But not excel. Have tried to "switch" license and back. No difference.

1. Try these first
Restart Excel → Close it completely and reopen it
Switch Accounts → Tap [File] → [Accounts] → [Switch Users] in Excel → Log in again
Check for Updates → Tap [File] → [Accounts] → [Updating Options] → [Update Now] in Excel
2. Clear the Office Cache:
Close all Office software
Press Win+R and type in % localappdata%\Microsoft\Office → Delete the 16 0\Licensing folder Restart computer Fix Office: Control Panel → Programs & Features → Find Microsoft 365 → Tap [Change]. localappdata%\Microsoft\Office → Delete 16.0\Licensing folder
Reboot your computer
3. Repair Office:
Control Panel → Programs and Features → Find Microsoft 365 → Point [Change] → Select [Quick Repair]
4. Uninstall and reinstall:

Reinstall: https://www.office.com
5. Check these key points
Confirm Excel version ≥ 16.0.17029 (check in Excel [File] → [Accounts])
Make sure the subscription is valid: log in https://www. office.com Check the status
If it is a company computer, you may need to contact the IT department to open the permission
