Error Code: SystemError
Hi, I have created the new agent under the "Copilot for Microsoft 365" and i shared the same with few users to access in the Microsoft teams environment two users (including myself) we are receiving the following error for all kind of queries - "Sorry, something went wrong. Error code: System Error. Conversation ID: 17c1f3f7-88a1-4046-8331-05af9c568458. Time (UTC): 3/19/2025 7:41:09 AM." attached the screenshot as well.

1. Check network connection: Make sure the network connection is stable, try switching to another network.
Check the firewall or proxy settings to ensure that Copilot is not blocked from network access.
2. Update Microsoft 365 applications Cause of the problem: Open any Microsoft 365 application (Word or Excel) and click File > Account > Update Options > Update Now. “Update Options > Update Now.
Ensure that all applications have been updated to the latest version.
3. Check Copilot licenses: Log in to the Microsoft 365 Administrator Center and check if the user has been assigned a Copilot license.
If the license is not activated, contact the administrator or Microsoft support team.
4. Clear cache and temporary files: Close all Microsoft 365 applications.
Clear the cache: Windows: Delete the temporary files in the %appdata%\Microsoft\Office and %localappdata%\Microsoft\Office folders.
Restart the application and try using Copilot.
5. Check system logs: Open Event Viewer (Windows) and check the error logs related to Microsoft 365 or Copilot.
Take further action based on the error information in the logs.
6. Contact Microsoft Support: If none of the above methods work, it is recommended that you contact the Microsoft Support team with detailed error messages and screenshots for further assistance.
