"Draft with Copilot" in Sales Hub Email Activity
Hi everyone, could anyone help me out how to add "Draft with Copilot" option in Sales Hub Email. I have enabled the copilot features in the environment and also enabled Contextual email drafting with AI in the application settings. In my personal tenant account that is working fine, but not here. How do I get that Draft with Copilot option / Modern version of drafting emails?

hi NagillaSaiCharan This usually comes down to a mix of licensing, app version, and feature rollout scope, especially since it works in your personal tenant but not in this one.
A few things to double check:
Licensing: “Draft with Copilot” in Sales Hub requires the correct Copilot for Dynamics 365 Sales (or Copilot for Microsoft 365 where applicable) license assigned to the user. Environment-level enablement alone isn’t sufficient.
App & Channel: The modern email drafting experience only appears in the Sales Hub app and with the modern email editor. If the environment is still using the legacy editor, the Copilot option won’t show up.
Region / Rollout: Copilot features are still being rolled out gradually and can differ by region and tenant. It’s common to see it enabled in one tenant but not another even with identical settings.
Security roles: Make sure the user has the standard Salesperson / Sales Enterprise roles (or equivalent) and isn’t restricted by a custom role that blocks Copilot features.
Browser & Cache: Sounds basic, but switching browser or clearing cache sometimes helps the UI refresh after Copilot is enabled.
If all of the above checks out and it’s still missing, it’s likely a tenant-side feature flag that hasn’t been enabled yet. In that case, opening a Microsoft support ticket for Dynamics 365 Sales → Copilot is usually the fastest way to confirm rollout status.
