Copilot working in Apps, but not available in Start menu
Hello, I have received from our Microsoft Admins a M365 Copilot licensee. It works fine from the Apps (Word, Outlook, Excel). But I don't have the Copilot icon in my windows taskbar. In Windows Star...
There isn't really a standalone app anymore for Copilot for work.
If you're using Microsoft Edge, you could install the chat as an app.
- Open Microsoft Edge
- Go to https://m365.cloud.microsoft/chat
- At the top right, select Settings and more (...)
- Select Apps
- Select Install this site as an app
- Rename the app if you want select Install
- Check the options you want (e.g. Allow this app to Pin to taskbar) then select Allow (you may need to approve it being pinned to your taskbar)
