Copilot Studio: Can't change primary language when creating agent

Once you set your copilot's primary language, it can't be changed. You can only add secondary languages. For more information on how to configure multilingual copilots, see https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/multilingual
Specify the target language when you create your copilot.
- From the Home page, select Create > New copilot.
- Select Edit language, then select a language from Primary copilot language, and then Save.
- When you're finished configuring your copilot, select Create at the top of the page.

Same here. I can't set the language to any other language then english at creation time.
