Copilot Sparkle in Excel missing

I just had this issue come up with Outlook on my corporate laptop. My IT department also asked me to complete some of the steps mentioned here, but it did not work for me either. Somehow, I repaired it myself.... wanted to share the solution in case it helps someone else!
I went to Settings/Apps/Installed Apps. Then, find Microsoft 365 Copilot, click three dots, click Advanced Options, scroll down to Reset section and click Repair.
Just make sure you close out of any program that is using copilot otherwise the Repair function will not work!
