Copilot Sparkle in Excel missing

Here are my results:
1.) current channel, current version is 2510
2.) done
3.) checked
4.) no Add-ins loaded
5.) no sparkle
Very strange ....
I believe it's only available on build 2509 for now, as I have access to it. However, I know users with build 2510 who doesn't see it.
