Copilot PRO won't put appointments in my agenda ... what's wrong?

Hallo everyone,

Today i ask copied pro to put an appointment in my outlook schedule. Eetcafé me in message that it actually had put in this appointment but it did not!

Does anybody know what what i am doing wrong?
