Copilot Memory enabled but not working – lack of transparency and support
Hello everyone,
I'm a Microsoft 365 and Copilot Pro user, with all apps fully updated and set to the Current Channel.
Although the Copilot Memory feature appears as enabled in my settings, it has stopped working since August 10–11, 2025.
I contacted Microsoft support, provided remote access, and was escalated to senior agents.
Eventually, I was told that it *might* be a server-side issue — but no official confirmation was given.
As a paying user of premium services, I believe we deserve:
- Clear acknowledgment of the issue
- Estimated resolution timeline
- Transparent communication from Microsoft
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any official update on the status of Copilot Memory?
Thanks in advance!

I reported the problem on August 14th, I spoke to Microsoft Support 7 times in that time and nothing seems to be moving.

Iam currently going thru the same exact problem. They dont seem to be in any hurry to fix this problem.
