CoPilot in Outlook for multiple mailboxes?

I'm having the same issue.
We have just signed up for a subscription for Windows Copilot, but we see we can't use it on Shared Mailboxes. For example, an executive assistant wants to use it to analyse emails for the CEO, but they can't use it for anything other than their own mailbox. This makes the funtionality of Windows Copilot heavily reduced.
When will this be available?
