Copilot for Planner and To Do Automating Task Management
That's exactly how I use To Do as well - as a high-level task planner for my day given I have to manage significant activity across multiple disparate surfaces. I was just searching for this same desired outcome. Reading through the article linked above, it appears Planner has been integrated with m365 co-pilot specifically, but not To Do necessarily. Even if co-pilot simply had awareness of the tasks you had in your My Day area, and the dates and times of when they are due, and the order of their priority, you could ask it all sorts of things without it necessarily needing to be able to reorganize anything in it. I could probably create a manual version of this by copying and pasting the text of my to-do list into a co-pilot prompt, but this is not desirable unless I guess I'm in an absolute critical deadline bind scenario.
Integrating task management into an LLM's understanding of what you want to accomplish is a rather basic and critical use case if we're talking about AI helping more holistically with time / productivity management.
