Copilot agent not working on team when added as an app
We have created few agents, and it works as expected in copilot studio. The agent was published on teams and added as an app. It behaves differently on teams and does not refer to the knowledge source provided. Instead, it is showing generic web data (old LLMs probably). Not sure if we are missing any features in GCC tenants

If your Copilot agent works in Copilot Studio but not in Teams—showing generic web data instead of using configured knowledge sources—it’s likely due to limited support for Copilot Studio features in GCC tenants, where integration with knowledge sources and orchestration in Teams apps is not fully available. Additionally, misconfigured channels or app manifests can cause fallback behavior. To resolve this, verify your tenant’s feature availability, review the agent’s Teams channel setup, and consider testing in a commercial tenant to isolate the issue; if needed, escalate through Microsoft support for clarification or fixes.

If Copilot in Teams isn't working, go to the Team App Permission Policies in the Admin Center, enable Allow interactive agents, and re-authorize the User.Read.All and TeamsActivity.Send permissions. If the issue persists, press F12 to check if there are 403 errors in network requests.
