Thank you for your response. I tried using a Conversational Boosting topic to make my knowledge source references dynamic through environment variables. However, I’m facing issues with this approach—the direct URL is not working (Error - We couldn't retrieve complete metadata for this item). Do you have any idea why this might be happening?
