Case Management Support in Sales Copilot

I am writing to seek clarification regarding the functionality of Sales Copilot in relation to case management (Set Regarding). Currently, I use Dynamics 365 to save or "set regarding" emails to specific cases. However, I've noticed that Sales Copilot does not offer this capability, leading me to continue relying on Dynamics 365 for this purpose.

Given that there have been indications that Sales Copilot may be deprecated in the future, I am concerned about the continuity of this essential functionality. Could you please confirm whether Microsoft intends to support case management within Sales Copilot before any deprecation occurs?

If support for cases in Sales Copilot is not planned, I would appreciate guidance on alternative methods to achieve the same task to ensure that we do not lose this critical functionality.

    Hi

    For this Specific set Regarding to Case , i am not pretty sure as currently i don't have access but it used to with me earlier. But Microsoft Copilot for Sales will stay... not going to deprecate.. as all User who are using this on Top of Dynamics 365 Sales and gaining lot of benefits.
