Can Copilot generate meaningful insights from 1:1 meeting history?
Someone on our leadership team wants to know if Copilot can analyze patterns across a manager's 1:1 meetings. Like, if an employee has been bringing up workload concerns for 3 months straight, can Copilot flag that? Right now all our 1:1 notes are spread across different Loop pages and OneNote sections. Even if we consolidated them, im not sure Copilot can do trend analysis on that kind of unstructured data. Anyone tried this?

I think a better use-case for copilot would be more as a meeting transcriber that later turns those notes into action items on the spot, etc. There are better and still Microsoft native alternatives you can use to manage your Teams meetings more effectively. This is an entirely different category in the Teams app store. There are some really strong 1-1 meeting software like Teamflect that can help transfer talking points across meetings, connect goals and tasks to meeting agendas, etc. I'm sure there are other options out there as well.
