When the user is trying to share a Word (for Mac) Doc with internal users, the "Invite People" dialog is slow to load, if at all.
The experience is much more poor than on Windows.
Is the Windows-type functionality coming to Mac?
Is there a workaround in the meantime?

Great post, I agree. I created an https://word.uservoice.com/forums/304942-word-for-mac/suggestions/38825815-auto-complete-when-sharing-on-mac. I am surprised this is an issue.
