OneNote Web Clipper broken - no feedback from Microsoft

OneNote Web Clipper is broken and, in spite of logging the issue via various channels, there is an absence of feedback from Microsoft on the cause, and likely resolution of the issue.

Worse, there seems to be a lack of a Microsoft process to own and escalate the reported and verified issue within the Microsoft organization whilst keeping the customer updated on progress.
