Microsoft 365 apps seems to crash when opening Protected View documents

Hi,

We've recently deployed 2 Dell Latitude 7640 (i7-1365U, 16GB RAM) units one with Windows 10 22H2 and another with Windows 11 23H2 and both systems appear to have issues opening Protected view in Microsoft Office. When attempting to open a document with the mark of the web, protected view will appear from a split moment and then close. While removing the MOW allows the user to view the document, this is less than ideal so I was wondering if there was a way to fix this as we've tried an online repair of Office and that has done nothing to repair the issue and attempts to disable hardware acceleration have also failed.

Opening Office in safe mode allows the documents to open at the expense of Protected view protection. Looking at Trust Centre, the affected copies of Office are lacking anything in trusted locations and publishers, perhaps this is causing it though I have no idea how to add these.

Other systems running the same version of Office are unaffected.
