Sensitivity labels changing content expiry period
Hi all if I change the expiry period for a sensitivity label does this apply to documents that the label has already been applied to?
If I applied the label yesterday but change the expiry date today which expiry date will apply to the document that had the label applied yesterday?
- They will eventually when connecting to the service. Most likely the previous setting as there are dependencies, i.e. synchronizing/replication, especially when changing already published label settings. So it's a good idea to wait like 24 hours for everything to propagate properly.
