Retention policy settings - are there any charges for keeping content
Hello Everyone,
Might be a dumb question. If we enable retention policy to retain content even after 8 years fro Exchange mailbox, SharePoint and OneDrive for entire organization, will there be any charges from Microsoft for storing this content for such a long time? I am not able to find exact answer anywhere.
No, the price is already included in the cost of the E3/E5 license. Although there was a rumor few months back about Microsoft charging for this, which was refuted.
