HACKED MICROSOFT PASSWORD. CAN'T CHANGE BECAUSE CAN'T RECEIVE TEXTS

However, based on the subject of your post the best approach is to use the official Microsoft Account Recovery form which you can find under step two of this support article: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/help-with-the-microsoft-account-recovery-form-b19c02d1-a782-dee6-93c3-dc8113b20c42
This form is the only way to recover an account when it has been taken over by a hostile entity which seems to apply to your situation. Take the time to be as complete and detailed as you can to assist in the process.

Hacking sometimes does harm other people. I can't help you much, because I only know about https://caramelihat.com/.
But I've heard stories from my friend's experience that it can be overcome in many ways.
One of them uses the Forgot Password method. Or maybe answer the Security Question as well. Also Two Factor Authentication.- Hi Nocalgal,
