AIP Scanner Error After Scanner Diagnostics is Run

I have this error returned after Start-AIPScannerDiagnostics is run. The check completes successfully, then throws an error:

Start-AIPScannerDiagnostics : Status code:

https://api.informationprotection.azure.com/api.scannerEvent: Unauthorized

For background I was able to set up the scanner and successfully have it run a scan on a test repo. Something has changed and now the Cluster shows as offline. If I restart the server / services, the Cluster will briefly be idle until we attempt to run a scan, and it will error.
