Voucher requests disappeared
Hi MSLE Team,
I'm Arfian. I would like to ask about the voucher that can be requested from the Microsoft Learn for Educators portal.
I've submitted several requests, but I haven't received any vouchers, and my requests seem to have disappeared from the portal. Could someone please help me?
Thank you.
Hi Arfian, thanks again for reaching out!
As we’re already connected via messages, I want to outline the general steps here so this solution is visible to anyone who might have the same issue—such as yourself, Arfian, and more faculty members.
📄 Step-by-step process
Here’s a quick guide to help you request vouchers via the Microsoft Learn for Educators (MSLE) portal:🛠️ Checklist Make sure:
- You’re fully provisioned in the MSLE portal (this can take up to 48 hours after joining).
- You submitted the request through the “Exam Voucher” section.
- You selected the exam based on a course you’re actively teaching (this is required for role-based exam vouchers).
- You completed all required fields and confirmed submission.
📩 Still no vouchers?
If everything looks correct and your requests still aren’t visible, please raise a support ticket through the MSLE portal. This is the official way to escalate voucher-related issues.💬 Need help after that?
If you’ve submitted a ticket and still need assistance—due to time zones or other blockers—feel free to reply here. One of us from the Community Management team (that’s us!) will follow up with you via private message to confirm your details and check on your ticket with the support team.
P.S. Since you're based in Asia, our Community Manager Kathy—who is also located in the region—will follow up with you directly to provide more timely support. We’re here to help!
Best regards,

Hi there godwin_ogazi!
Thanks for reaching out, and I hope you're doing well!
If this issue continues even after following all the steps outlined in the marked solution, then we’ll need to investigate further. For that, could we set up a quick time to talk?
I’ve just sent you a private message here on the platform — could you kindly check and reply when you can?
Much appreciated,

Dear Arfian,
Thank you for reaching out. This is Kathy Shiqi, the MSLE Community Manager.
Upon reviewing your MSLE profile, I noticed that you have applied for the voucher for AI-102. However, this request is a duplicate since we issued one on November 7th, 2023. Please note that the MSLE program provides free or discounted vouchers as program benefits to our educators once per course.
If you have any other questions or need further clarification, please feel free to reach out. We can also arrange a call to discuss this further.
Best regards,
Kathy Shiqi
