MSLE Portal isn't working

Today I was trying to login into MSLE Portal getting following message please look into it

I have tried incognito mode but Issue not yet resolved

I'm unable to login to msle portal then how can I raise the ticket by the way I tried different browsers issue remaince same

sarnzronnie, you’ve created 10 duplicate accounts. The system now needs 8 days to clear that redundant data. None of those 10 accounts contained the institutional email.
Look for me in 8 days and I'll guide you in the process
