Issue with Learning Download Center
Hi, Very Excited to be a the part of the community.
I have recently successfully registered on MCT Portal , However, I am having some issues accessing the Learning Download Center .
Please help
Hi AshumeetMitter, welcome to the community. I’d first confirm that the account you use for the MCT portal is the same one you’re using for the Learning Download Center, then try a private browser window after signing out of all Microsoft accounts. If your MCT registration is brand new, access can also take some time to provision, so if it still fails after that I’d raise it through the MCT support path.
