In my case it should fall under the category:
Android enterprise devices enrolled with a work profile and running version 8.0 and later
which should be supported. I mean I'm trying to reset the work profile password and not the device level password.Hi, thats pretty odd indeed as it should be working . Looks like you are not alone

- Yep it seems like its got something to do with Google's Android. I've read that too, I think the best option would be to contact the Google support and hope for an answer. But thanks for your help! 🙂
