    Hi ElieAT,

Windows Autopatch enrollment error is a generic error message that can be caused by a variety of factors, including:

    • Incorrect permissions
    • Incorrect settings in Azure Active Directory or Microsoft Intune
    • Network connection problems
    • Device compatibility issues
    • Readiness assessment tool issues
    • Terms of service not accepted
    • Tenant already enrolled in Windows Autopatch

To troubleshoot the error, you can try the following:

    1. Make sure that you have the correct permissions to enroll your tenant in Windows Autopatch. You need to be a global administrator in Azure Active Directory.
    2. Make sure that you have the correct settings configured in Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Intune. For more information, see the Windows Autopatch documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/windows-autopatch/.
    3. Check your network connection and make sure that your devices can connect to the internet.
    4. Make sure that your devices are running a supported version of Windows and that they have the latest updates installed.
    5. Use the latest version of the Windows Autopatch Readiness assessment tool.
    6. Fix any issues that were identified by the readiness assessment tool.
    7. Consent to the Windows Autopatch terms of service.
    8. Make sure that your tenant is not already enrolled in Windows Autopatch.
