Windows 10 Privacy Screen Prompt - Not Expected

Hi,

We run a Self-deploying enrollment profile and set up kiosk PCs with Win10.

In the enrollment profile, we hide the privacy screen.

Recently, our Windows 10 devices randomly present the Windows 10 Privacy Screen after the reboot.

You have to accept it manually, otherwise, the PC won't boot into the kiosk to run the app.

Once you accepted it once, the same PC won't have this problem again.

But next fleet reboot, you might have some other PC that comes up with the privacy screen.

Does anyone else see this?

Our Win10 varies from 20H2-21H2 so I can confirm it is not specific to a certain version.
