I believe you are using Radius server for the wifi Authentication, which might be missing an option because for Azure AD joined / Hybrid devices the password is changed on Machine level and it is stored/cached locally and sync with Azure AD/Raduis.
so check the Raduis server logs and sync time will fix this issue for you!
