VPP Token and Apple ID assoiscated with it
Our VPP token is set to expire and the user that created it is no longer with our company. They did use a generic Apple ID (shared email) but we do not have access to this IDs password they used. ...
It would create issues for the licensing assignments. Once you associate an Apple VPP account to Intune, you cannot subsequently associate a different account. You need to renew the same Apple ID.
Have you checked with Apple? They might be able to help moving the VPP to different user.
