Using Google meet without an account on android work profiles when managed by intune.

Hiya,
We have IOS and Android intune managed devices.
We don't use google in a corporate environment but we are often invited to meet calls from companies who are.

On a windows desktop you can join a google meet without a google account ( ask to join ).
On our IOS intune enrolled devices you can join a google meet without a google account, uses phone number instead.
On Android intune enrolled device , WORK PROFILE you can NOT join without a google account, you can get to choose use without an account but as soon as you go to enter a meeting ID you get the attached sign in prompt saying , Get more with meetings, sign in. YOU CAN NOT SKIP THIS LOGIN Prompt.
On the PERSONAL PROFILE , users must have an android account active in order to even use the phone and so so they can join a meeting on personal side ( with personal gmail ), this is not preferred.

So does anyone know how I get the Meet app on an intune enrolled , work profile , to join a meeting without an account ?

There is no issue doing this on IOS.
