Use Intune to subscribe users to iCal/Internet Calendar?

Besides Exchange Online, we also have a third party calendar system we use which supports iCal/Internet calendar subscriptions. To date, we've had our users manually login to Outlook on the web to subscribe themselves to the calendar (with it's long unreadable URL) and the process has been hit-or-miss for them.

Is there any way to use Intune to accomplish the same thing and push out this subscription setting to users?
